Pohjonen’s primeval energy contrasts with the sensitivity and intensiveness of Tervamäki, as the audience is treated to a battle of wills between these two charismatic performers. The greatest power is found in tranquillity and balance.
Minna Tervamäki and Kimmo Pohjonen began their collaboration at the FNOB in 2011. They dazzled their audiences and went on to create Bright Shadow at the Oulu Music Fes- tival in 2013 and had its German premiere at Köln Philharmonie in 2014.
